One Haven’s therapy space in Salt Lake City is located in the Plaza building on the west side of 10th East (1000 East). The Plaza is a quiet, two-story brick building with a distinctive maroon awning and a surrounding privacy fence, offering a discreet and welcoming setting for therapy.

Inside, our office provides a comfortable, child-friendly therapy office in SLC designed to help clients feel at ease from the moment they arrive. The space is intentionally calm and thoughtfully arranged to support children, teens, adults, and families, creating a family therapy environment in Salt Lake City that feels warm, private, and emotionally safe rather than clinical.

Our therapy space is also an LGBTQ-affirming therapy environment, where individuals and families of all identities and backgrounds are welcomed and respected. We aim to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

Street parking is available along 10th East, with additional parking located in the lot behind the building, making our therapy space easy to access while maintaining privacy and discretion.
