Sliding Scale Rates
At One Haven, we are deeply committed to supporting our community. To ensure that financial constraints do not hinder access to mental health care, we offer a limited number of spaces with sliding scale fees based on individual need. Please speak to your therapist for further information or reach out.
Why doesn't One Haven accept more insurances?
At One Haven, your privacy and the quality of care you receive are our top priorities. We are dedicated to offering you the highest standard of mental health services. As mental health providers, we understand the importance of making our services accessible and affordable. While we strive to work with as many insurance providers as possible, there are a few reasons why we may not accept all insurance plans.
Unfortunately, insurance companies often impose limitations on the number and type of sessions covered, which can restrict our ability to tailor your care according to your unique needs. For example, some insurance plans may not cover family sessions or may limit the number of appointments you can have.
Additionally, managing insurance claims can be time-consuming and detract from the time we can devote to directly supporting you. We would rather focus our efforts on providing you with attentive and personalized care. Our fees reflect not only the sessions themselves but also the ongoing support and availability we provide to help you navigate any challenges that may arise during normal business hours. While we are not “on call,” we strive to be available during emergency situations whenever possible.
We deeply value the therapeutic relationship we build with each client and believe that it should not be compromised by external constraints. We’re always here to discuss any concerns or questions you might have regarding insurance and payments.
